Product Use as Modules
PN Labs products are modular electronic assemblies designed for integration into larger systems by technically capable users. These modules are not standalone consumer products.
They are designed explicitly as modules for integration, not as standalone CE-marked or consumer-ready devices.
They are intended for use by technically qualified users, and are not certified under EU directives such as CE.
PN Labs is not registered for WEEE or LUCID in the EU.
All usage is at the discretion and risk of the user. The user is solely responsible for integration, validation, and ensuring that the final product complies with relevant regulatory requirements.
PN Labs disclaims all liability related to integration, performance, certification, or safety of the end system.
Product Usage Restrictions
PN Labs modules are strictly prohibited from being used in applications where their failure could reasonably be expected to result in injury, loss of life, or significant property or environmental damage. Such applications include, but are not limited to:

Control systems in vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, or any form of transportation used for the conveyance of people or cargo
Equipment or facilities involving nuclear energy, defense, weapons, or military-grade hardware

By purchasing or using PN Labs products, you acknowledge and agree that PN Labs shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from such prohibited use.

PN Labs modules are not certified for sale or use as standalone products in regulated jurisdictions, including the European Union, or any jurisdiction requiring formal regulatory approval or certification for end-user electronic products.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser or system integrator to ensure compliance with all relevant certifications and regulations for their specific application or end system. PN Labs expressly disclaims all liability related to such compliance.
